Peto Martinez - Mazos del Top 8 en Ancestral Comics

El Top 4: Ramiro Gonzalez, Facu Zocola, Peto Martinez y Pepe Cortada

El Domingo pasado se jugó el torneo inauguración de la comiqueria de San Isidro, Ancestral Comics.

Para los que no vieron el flyer, el torneo salía $50 y daban de premio para el primero una caja de boosters  + Playset de Grave Titan en chino Foil, y para el segundo Playset de Geist of Saint Traft, ademas de sumar un booster por jugador inscripto.

Un torneo muy ameno. Se jugó cómodo y pudimos disfrutar de picar y tomar algo entre rondas, realmente valieron la pena los $50 por todo esto.

El top 8 se disputo de esta manera:

En el top 4 decidimos Splitear los boosters y las cartas, ya que nos convencia a todos.

Bw tokens lidero las mesas de arriba por la gran ventaja que tiene contra los Uw Delver que habia dando vueltas. Sin ir mas lejos, Uw Delver fue el mazo mas jugado del torneo, posicionando unicamente dos piloteadores de este mazo en el Top 8.

Si bien, Esper Control es un buen mazo, sigue sin ser tan SOLIDO como los decks control que existian en el pasado. Si Delver es el deck mas jugado, tachen la opcion de jugar este mazo.

RG Aggro y Naya Pod, a diferencia del Open anterior, no tuvieron tanto exito. Si bien el Naya Pod es mas solido que el RG Aggro, ambas opciones son una buena eleccion para jugar en el fin de semana en el "Nacional" y el PTQ.

Por otro lado RG Ramp demuestra que es uno de los mazos a jugar en esta temporada. Los sweepers como Slagstorm y Whipflare, nos dan una ventaja mas que importante contra mazos bicheros, ademas de matar Geist of Saint Traft y Delver al mismo tiempo.

Algunas anecdotas para contar del torneo:

- Nadie tenia Zealous Conscripts, NADIE. Por lo tanto, me tuve que comprar el Preconstruido que lo trae foil para conseguirlo. Si, pague $95 por eso.

- Pepe Cortada estaba jugando contra un pibe que hizo Ponder, miro las primeras tres cartas y concedio, yo le dije "Que haces papa? Si mezclas y sale Ratchet Bomb estas parado!". El muchacho respondio que no iba a salir, mezclo el mazo, Pepe corta y revela Ratchet Bomb del tope!!! Despues de eso siguieron jugando... De cuarta!!

- Santiago Mansilla se pudo dar el lujo de ganar un partido, con la carta que el queria. Hacia Blue Sun Zenith de 5 y se quejaba. Tiraba Ira, limpiaba la mesa, y con un Gideon y Sorin en mesa se quejaba. Todos lo mirabamos raro, hasta que en un momento dijo "Necesito robar Sorin's Vengeance para ganar", el pibe estaba encaprichado por ganar solo con esa carta. Despues de 50 turnos, le tiro Sorin's Vengeance a la cabeza y ganó!!!!

- De 12 Boosters que abri, la mejor carta fue Wild Defiance. Fiesta.

El 24/6 se repite este torneo, para los que quieras pasarse, se los recomiendo.
